Absolutely wonderful! The quiche of the day was absolutely wonderful. Light and fluffy and the ingredients were just perfect for the early morning! Spinach, red peppers, ham, and cheese. And the parfait was just beautiful! Bananas, blue berries, and strawberries on top. The coffees were good too. A bit pricey but the perfect place for a cute little date. There's plenty of places for studying and businesses with outlets and comfortable chairs to sit in. Perfect place for a rainy day and a cup of coffee.

We really enjoyed our lunch today at Hub Studio! Friendly and professional employees, clean restaurant and the food was very fresh! We recommend the chicken salad sandwich and fresh fruit.

Very nice, new coffeehouse in Plymouth, WI. Has a little art studio like place off the back of the store and one could host parties there. Has a little gift shop like area next to the coffee shop. Delicious drinks delivered in very cute cups. Good food and friendly staff. Smoothies, lattes, cheese plates, etc... just a few of what they offer.

The owners have converted an old corner gas station into a very cool coffee house with an artistic flair to it. This is no easy task. The inside is full of great work spaces with plants of outlets for your computer. The coffee is excellent. It is roasted by a local company, Torke. There are several homemade food options, pastries and cookies.

My girlfriend & I were looking for a place to eat & study for school. A lot of cafés have environments suitable for studying but at the cost of good food. The Hub met both of these needs for us. It was a peaceful environment with large tables (great for laptops and notebooks). The menu is extensive and we were pleased with the numerous soups they had on special today. Our food came out quickly and with warm service. A special thanks to Chris for taking care of us with enthusiasm.
